Returns
We accept returns on unused, unopened items in their original packaging within 30 days of delivery. To initiate a return, please contact us at sales@libertyattachments.com with your order number and reason for return.
Return Shipping
Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the buyer unless the item was received damaged, defective, or incorrect. We will provide a prepaid return label for items that qualify.
Restocking Fee
A flat 15% restocking fee applies to all returned items. This fee covers inspection, repackaging, and restocking costs. This fee will be communicated before the return is processed.
Refunds
Once we receive and inspect your return, we will process your refund within 5–7 business days. Refunds will be issued to the original payment method. Please allow additional time for your bank or credit card company to process the refund.
Damaged or Defective Items
If you receive a damaged or defective item, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery with photos of the damage. We will arrange a replacement or full refund at no additional cost to you.
Non-Returnable Items
Custom-ordered items, items that have been installed or used, and items not in their original packaging are not eligible for return. If you have questions about whether an item is returnable, please contact us before purchasing.
Return Process
- Contact us at sales@libertyattachments.com or call (215) 839-9093 to request a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number.
- Once approved, you will receive an RMA number and return shipping instructions.
- Ship the item in its original packaging to the address provided with your RMA number.
- Refunds are processed within 7 business days of receiving the returned item.
Return Address: Returns are shipped directly to the manufacturer. The specific return address will be provided with your RMA number based on the product being returned.
Return Window: The 30-day return period begins on the date of delivery as confirmed by the shipping carrier's tracking information.
