Free Shipping
Liberty Attachments offers free shipping on all orders over $2,500 within the contiguous United States. Orders under $2,500 will have shipping calculated at checkout based on item dimensions, weight, and destination.
Processing Time
Most in-stock items are processed and shipped within 3–5 business days. Some items may ship directly from the manufacturer and may require additional processing time. You will receive an email with tracking information once your order has shipped.
Shipping Methods
Smaller items ship via UPS or FedEx Ground. Larger and heavier items ship via LTL freight carrier. Freight shipments will be delivered curbside or to the nearest accessible point. A liftgate may be required for residential deliveries — please contact us if you need liftgate service.
Delivery Times
- Standard Ground: 5–10 business days after shipment
- LTL Freight: 7–14 business days after shipment
Delivery times are estimates and may vary based on location, carrier availability, and weather conditions.
Damaged Shipments
Please inspect all shipments upon delivery. If your item arrives damaged, note the damage on the carrier's delivery receipt and contact us within 48 hours at (800) 555-0199 or sales@libertyattachments.com. We will work with the carrier and manufacturer to resolve the issue.
